The French touch
Nice Renovation was built over eight years on the job sites of southern France — from modest family homes in the Alpes-Maritimes to full commercial fit-outs along the Côte d'Azur. It was years of learning the craft from the ground up: proper plastering, patient tiling, the kind of finish work that holds up a decade later and still looks right.
Moving to Finland meant starting fresh in many ways. A new country, a new market, a new language. But the values we brought with us don't change with geography: show up on time, do the work properly, be honest about what it costs, and don't leave until the client is genuinely happy.
In France, renovation is taken seriously — the tradition of craft is something you can feel in the way people talk about their homes. We want to bring that same seriousness to every project we take on here in Finland. Not as a foreign novelty, but as a genuine standard of quality that Finnish homeowners deserve.

We advise you on what permits are required for your project and can help coordinate the process. Some renovations in Finland require a building permit from the municipality — we make sure you know what's needed before work starts.
